I think exercise is good for both fat and healthy people. I think good exercise is stretch. I can soften our body by stretching. Recently, yoga is very popular. If you do yoga, you can correct body twist.
Sport is also good exercise. If you play team spots like basketball, soccer or volleyball and so on, you can sweat with partner.
Diet
While dieting, fast food is bad. If you eat McDonald’s while you are dieting, you only to get high calories. Mac flewly has much sugar and Megamac has high calories. Although McDonald is cheap and I can eat wherever I’m, If you continue eating it, you would be metabolic or diabetes.
I think diet cookie which only eating the cookie I can lose weight is bad for our body. If I don’t eat except the cookie, I’m not well-balanced.
